At Insight, we believe that success in sales goes beyond just basic skills training. We understand that successful salespeople possess a deeper understanding of the psychology behind sales, and we strive to instill this knowledge in all our trainees. Our programs cover a range of topics, from new sales member tactics to emotional intelligence and cognitive flexibility. We believe that by teaching our trainees to understand and anticipate customer needs and motivations, they will be better equipped to close deals and drive growth. Our goal is to provide our trainees with the tools they need to be confident, effective salespeople, no matter the product or service they are selling.
HOW IT ALL WORKS...
OPTION #1
The sales training program offered by the company has three options, including a 4-hour onsite training session followed by four weekly 30-minute phone calls with each team member to track progress. The second option involves four training sessions, each lasting 3-4 hours, spread out over a four week period, with a deeper dive into each topic agreed upon during the initial call between the dealer principal and the company. The third and most comprehensive option consists of twelve 3-4 hour sessions over a three month period, covering basic sales training and psychology associated with successful sales teams. Each session is followed by a weekly follow-up call on a day chosen by the team member.
OPTION #2
Our company offers remote sales training sessions that can be conducted over a four-week or three-month period. With remote training, we can deliver high-quality sales coaching to teams located anywhere in the world. Our remote training sessions are designed to be interactive and engaging, with a focus on hands-on learning and practical skills development. By offering remote training sessions, we can provide flexible, personalized training that meets the specific needs of your team. Whether you choose the four-week or three-month option, our goal is to help your team build the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed in today's competitive sales environment.
OPTION #3
Our company offers conference-style sales training sessions that are designed to provide high-quality training to multiple team members simultaneously. These sessions can be tailored to meet your specific needs and can include as many team members as you prefer. During the training session, multiple members of our experienced coaching team will lead interactive presentations, role-playing exercises, and group discussions to cover a range of topics. Our team has years of experience in sales and business development, and we bring a wealth of knowledge and insights to each training session. We work closely with you to develop an agenda that meets your specific needs and goals.
